Cakes

Cakes are love! No matter what shape, size or flavour they come in, we love it all. Any celebration, event, and the occasion are incomplete without a cake cutting. This delicious delight is made from eggs, sugar, flour, oil, milk and butter.
We bake
Gooey butter cake:
Butter cakes are made from creamed butter, sugar, eggs, and flour.
Sponge cake:
Steamed sponge cake called ma lai gao Sponge cakes (or foam cakes) are made from whipped eggs, sugar, and flour.
Chocolate Cakes:
Chocolate cakes are butter cakes, sponge cakes, or other cakes flavored with melted chocolate or cocoa powder.
Coffee cake:
Coffee cake is generally thought of as a cake to serve with coffee or tea at breakfast or a coffee break.
Flourless cake:
Baked flourless cakes include baked cheesecakes and flourless chocolate cakes.
Layer cakes:
Layer cakes are cakes made with layers of sponge or butter cake, filled with cream, jam or other filling to hold the layers together.
One egg cake:
One egg cakes are made with one egg.

Muffins

A muffin is an individual-sized, baked product. It can refer to two distinct items, a part-raised flatbread that is baked and then cooked on a griddle (typically unsweetened) and a cupcake-like quickbread (often sweetened) that is chemically leavened and then baked in a mold.
